In relation to someone making it to #1 by hacking. Someone admitted in-game he had been hacking over a month now on the same account. Is there a better way to send this to valve other than the 'Report' tab in-game?

Just get a 6 man stack and fuck them. It's really hard to loose if you play with people who know what they're doing, even against a hacker.
