I don't know about bring stuff there, but when you come back you should pick up OC aspirin with a little bit codeine. I'm not sure if they still allow to buy them anymore, but they were great for headaches.

I've got a bottle of Tylenol-2, and because it contains codeine you need to show ID along with the prescription at the pharmacy. I doubt they sell narcotics on the shelf.
