My current internal sound card, creative audigy sound blaster, gives me really low mic input and starting to sound like poop.
To remedy the low mic input I connected my mic to my old USB logitech g110 but that isn't convenient...
Anyone know any good USB soundcards under 50ish?

I personally use the Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Go! Pro (~$35 USD) and it works wonders.

I'm having the exact same problem as SteveC. Does anyone know if this usb soundard enables the option of mic boost as well? My mic volume is horribly low with no option of mic boost.

It does. There's 2 slots on it. One audio jack to plug in your headphones and one mic jack to plug in your mic.
