Are more videos going to be added to the tf2povs channel? I think it's a great resource, especially for my class since there don't seem to be any videos out there for roamer that have comms as well.

Here's the channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/TF2Povs

Every soldier video on that channel is a roamer's POV. There's no pocket POVs.

Schwan- Pocket Soldier, second video I believe.

But yes, the majority of the soldier videos are roamers, but unfortunately they only cover viaduct, snakewater, and warmfront. It would be nice to see some more maps, and different people w/ different styles.

I'm no longer playing TF2 and i'm never around to do anything. Not sure about Techno, if anyone else wants to run it I will gladly pass leadership though.

From what I heard, Techno quit the internet. It'd be awesome if someone was willing to post IM or even Invite level POV's on that channel, with comms. Scrims or matches, doesn't matter much, but I think it'd be awesome to have some more.

I'm currently trying to do this, but I could use some advice. When trying to record all of a POV in a match, the file sizes get to be huge (almost 100GB). Is there anyway to compress this so that I might be able to sync it up with the mumble comms in Sony Vegas?

Why would you want to compress them first? Just throw the huge files into vegas and the newly rendered video won't be large.

I tried that. The result was 5 gigs, which was still a little big for youtube. I was just wondering if there were other options and I'd especially like to know the process tf2povs used.
