Doesn't it unscope your rifle faster?

You can't really dodge while you are in the air after that jump, so I don't know how much it actually helps. When you know the sniper is going to do it I think it becomes a very easy shot to hit. And I'm not even a good sniper.

Then why don't people just crouch :(

I did it for a while because I think it feels like it's more difficult for people to hit you. But I don't think that's the case and honestly I think it looks really silly. So I stopped doing it. Haven't noticed any bad effects.

If they're going to bodyshot you they'll end up headshotting. If they were charged it wouldn't matter though, although maybe by jumping you'll miss the fully charged body shot.

I think the only useful time to do this would be if you're about to surf a rocket or another kind of projectile.

I find myself predict jumping like this all the time on medic because you take far less damage in the long run by doing so.

honestly a lot of people think it's harder to hit you but anyone who doesn't get confused (who would get confused? idk) can just shoot your neck and kill you.
