please help me with mumble

im in mumble (coming from TF2C) and every time something happens like someone leaving a server or joining a server (LITERALLY ANYTHING HAPPENING) it makes a sound and a notification pops up. The notifications make me lag and sicne it's constantly happening, i can't play at all.

please help me turn it off i cant find a way or know what to search im about to kill myself and kick the side of a building over this

edit: I CANT TURN IT OFF IN TASK MANAGER IM GONNA DIE

uncheck "notification" and "sound" on everything

Start menu -> Settings -> System -> Notifications & actions -> Show notifications for these apps -> Turn off Mumble

Open Mumble -> Configure -> Settings -> (tick the "Advanced" box in the bottom left corner) Audio Output -> Attenuate applications by ... -> untick the two boxes
