You should record at decent fps

look at the videos posted on this forum, and compare them to yours.
you don't need us to give you criticism.

I would recommend instead of recording with fraps recording with Lawena, or Source Recording Tool. In the future unless your video is heavily edited you should probably post it in the Frag Clips Thread you may also receive criticism because this website is centered around competitive tf2, and normally we are usually only interested in seeing clips from matches or pickup games.

As for advice just look at what makes other videos great, such as Grape's Rocket Science
