Is there any reason you need to know when? I don't see what's the hurry or how knowing when will do anything.
Anyways, international shipping usually takes a bit longer, but I doubt it'll actually take that long. If you didn't get it from amazon but a reseller (since amazon sells stuff that isn't from their warehouses) then it depends on location and how that place ships.

Once you get the UPS tracking number (if it's UPS) the estimated date is dead on 99% of the time. I got a package early once a very long time ago though.

If you're ordering out of the states into Canada, DO NOT USE UPS! You'll have to pay a stupid fee. Use united states postal service.
