Listen Servers Wont Start Up?

So I've been having this problem for a while now and I'm not sure what's causing it.
Basically my Listen tf2 servers load up, I can see the game fine but when I try and move the character simply wont move a budge, and when I try fire any weapon the sound replays over and over and nothing comes out. I know it's something in my cfg because when I try -autoconfig in launch options the server loads up and works again.
Any help would be appreciated. :)

Edit: I'm currently using r4ndoms fps config+ latest no hats mod, surface properties, no soundscapes, dx80 rocket trails, flamethrower, stickies and grenades.

_KermitCheck for host_thread_mode, it can fuck with shit pretty hard.

Thanks, I changed the value to 0 and it works now. I can't believe I'm so blind, it says right in the cfg that it messes up single player servers.
Would be cool if it had a warning at the top of the cfg though, you know for lazy people like me ;P
