Well, I have some problems with tf2 and i dont know what cause them.
With nothing, no configuration, no launch option, no vpk, etc. I will play with good fps in some occasions, but when something explodes, my game drop the fps (like from 120 to 30)
I was using before / use the chris config
but i see that having this configuration and have nothing there are no much difference, I really dont see much difference.
The truth is that i already tried several things but nothing seems to work, and i also tried using RadeonPro, but i dont know how to set it property.
Someone could help me?

These are the specs of my pc:
http://valid.x86.fr/ct8f29

And the website for support of my pc:
http://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-23-p100-All-in-One-Desktop-PC-series/7161729/model/7321333#Z7_3054ICK0KGTE30AQO5O3KA30R1

I really would appreciate any help.

You don't have the best PC for gaming. It has an integrated graphics card which can lower FPS. Even though it's not a bad or old computer, it still won't perform well in video games and not getting steady fps is probably common.

Here's a benchmark that shows some details. Games only getting passable FPS on low settings. edited heres a more accurate benchmark for that CPU: http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-R7-384-Cores-Kaveri-Desktop.113341.0.html

I'd recommend running the maxframes cfg from http://clugu.com/tf2mate/ and maybe it could help a bit. Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date.

I don't want to be the advertisement guy but you might find something that'll help in my guide http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=483257164

your PC isn't that bad but it's not that good as said above, you might want to a better cpu (make sure it fits your motherboard however)

ShunIt has an integrated graphics card which can lower FPS.

he has a dedicated graphics card.

tf2 is mainly a cpu bound

ShunI'd recommend running the maxframes cfg from http://clugu.com/tf2mate/ and maybe it could help a bit. Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date.

he said he was using chris' config

chris' config is a bit out of date, there are many other modern alternative such as comanglias config (http://www.teamfortress.tv/25328/comanglia-s-config-fps-guide)

^this thread also has good tips for optimization of the game.

if you are looking to update your hardware(which may or may not be possible in an all in on desktop) take a look at the 4xxx, 5xxx, or 6xxx i5 series for a new cpu if you want a constant 300+ frames.

I actually got the notebookcheck link slightly wrong but it is an integrated card. This a better link for the actual CPU he is using: http://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-Radeon-R7-384-Cores-Kaveri-Desktop.113341.0.html

notebookcheckThe AMD Radeon R7 Graphics with 384 Shaders is integrated in the AMD Desktop Kaveri APUs AMD A10-7700K, A8-7650K and A8-7600. It is an integrated GPU without dedicated graphics memory and is based on the GCN 1.1 (or 2.0) architecture of the Hawaii desktop graphics cards (e.g. R9 290). However, it was altered for HSA use in the APU.

I am worried if your APU is overheating and then starting to throttle, could you check the temps while playing with HWmonitor?

I had a PC slightly worse than that and I could run TF2 at 120fps.
Since you already bought a FM2 board, you could try returning or changing that CPU if you still can and get AMD A10 7850K or 7870K. The APU you have has Radeon R7 wich should be enough for playing TF2 at 1080p without dropping bellow 100fps at least in my experience.
Alternatively, you could try adding an AMD graphics card and using Hybrid CrossfireX to use both your APU graphics and the GPU.

Also if you are experiencing overheating you can check your CPU speed in the bios and maybe change it to something higher.
