Weird bugs with fullscreen tf2

So you know how being in fullscreen in tf2 causes problems, for example tabbing out and back in takes longer.

Well if you open tf2 and while it is starting you tab out, it just leaves you with a black screen. You may say, ok just keep tabbing out, or open your web browser, well since the tf2 background is still going on, you cant see where you are tabbing out to.

TLDR; Dont tab out on Fullscreen or you will die.

I've been using fullscreen with native monitor resolution for ~3 years and I never had that issue.

So basically, if you alt tab at basically any time youre playing tf2 in full screen, like when you want to open your web browser or anything, if you alt tab back to tf2, there's a chance youre going to encounter a black screen. I've encountered this in Win 8.1, idk howd it go for others. Best way to counter this to launch tf2 with commands "-windowed -noborder".

1. Why would you tab out while TF2 is starting? Did you start it just to start it? Or did you actually plan on using it? Or does your pc need 10 minutes to start TF2 so you can't wait until it has started?
2. Did you know the easiest workaround for this without using windowed mode? JUST TAB BACK IN!
3. Tabbing in and out has always taken longer in fullscreen mode.
