Wow...where do I start? $205k for the kids!

First of all, thank you to everyone at the Ignite lounge who hosted this wonderful event.
Thank you for making such a great, entertaining stream for everyone to watch, and putting all of it together like true professionals. I was all too happy to donate, knowing that my money would be in good hands with you beautiful folk.

Shout outs to Lange and Seanbud for simply being beautiful, beautiful people.

Thanks to Dashner and Airon for your outstanding production work, nobody could have done it better.

Big thanks to Uberchain and Krunkodile, for their phenomenal SFM work day in and day out. Krunk in particular for his heartfelt showing of emotion. I know I wasn't the only one who teared up. Stay strong, man.

Big shouts to all the comp players who gave us a great performance, both making us yell in official matches, and making us laugh in the pubs.

Huge thanks to the casters/hosts for holding it down. Great shows, guys. And shout out to Getawhale for sharing his story, and for sacrificing his hair #4dakids

Thanks to the members of the Budsquad, and all those off-camera who helped with everything.

Huge shout out to the kind folks of Ignite Gaming lounge itself, for allowing TotH to have such a big professional space to work in this year. Thanks so much, guys.

And lastly, HUGE, HUUUUUUGE thanks to you, the TF2 community. Without you guys being the wonderful, generous folks you are, this show wouldn't be possible. We absolutely CRUSHED last years total amount, and I look forward to doing it again next year.

I love everyone involved in this event, and I just want to hug everyone. Thank you all.

The amount of passion that gets put into this really gives me the warm and fuzzies, and I'm honestly pretty misanthropic.
I can't get over this community. Love you all.

I've been watching Tip of the Hats since it first started and each event has made me more excited to see the next one. I can't even begin to think about how they're going to top this next year but I know they will.

as someone who has lost family members to cancer, this event is something special to me and i try to put aside as much money as i can to it every year. never before has a twitch stream made me so emotional. as i've watched this event evolve over the three years it has happened, i never even imagined that we would collectively raise $200k+ for this cause. thank you to everyone at the event (and those who could not make it) for making this happen and for keeping this going. and to all the donors. this is what makes tf2 great. this is what makes us the best online community. don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

p.s. i would love to help out more with this in the future, shoot me a message if there's anything i can do to make next year's event go smoother. :)

I normally don't keep up with the toth events (that I don't participate in) but the production this year was just outstanding, it was a lot of fun to watch. the outro had me feeling some feelings that I didn't quite expect to feel this weekend

As someone that has a little cousin that had big troubles with multiple brain tumours (thankfully is much better right now and all is looking up) this event is really close to my heart. Thank you so much every person involved for caring so much, working so hard and being such fantastic people. You have truly done these kids a massive service, and you should feel great about that.

Honestly though, this just seems like the most community feeling game i have ever played. Going into pubs or lobbies or chat i can just talk with people. I look forward to being able to tell my kids about the work of TotH and this amazing community!

wrucouldn't catch the ending, that's sad

There was a lot of crying and hugging between all of the people involved. It really came to show how tight knit the upper echelon of our community is and how much they care for and respect each other. It's nice to see that there are no egos and that for the most part the toxic members of the community are disregarded.

With that being said, it also really tied the whole event together in a poignant way, especially when Krunk brought up the death of his father. I think his emotional response, for me at least, came to symbolize the real positive impact these types of fundraisers can have on those who suffer through the most emotionally-draining circumstances.
