Whenever I have to kill some time I enjoy playing Bubble Blast 2, very simple puzzle game where each level can take anywhere from a couple seconds to a couple minutes to solve, it´s not the most challenging game but it´s a fun and quick game to waste a couple of minutes on

MR_SLINThe four biggest streaming games that you can play on mobile are Hearthstone, Minecraft, Clash of Clans and Vainglory.
Vainglory is an amazing 3v3, mobile-only MOBA so if you have 20-30 minutes to burn, you can sit down and play a game -- it's got a ranking system, etc. just like LoL so it can get pretty competitive.
i tried to deny an allied creep and it didnt let me so i uninstalled

Marvel Contest of Champions for sure, has character ranking, you collect characters from xmen universe, and also it's a street fighter 2 type of game fighting wise. Always getting updated. And it's free!

Contest of Champions is a clone of Summoner's War with a completely un-nuanced and slow fighting game built in.
It's probably more fun than Summoner's War, but if you're looking for a decent mobile fighting game, get Injustice instead. If you just want to collect Marvel characters, Avengers Alliance, Future Fight, and War of Heroes are all probably better games.
