this is either gonna be really good or really bad

if its good they'll make him a nuanced and funny dark-humor-esque character like from the Mark Waid and Joe Kelly comics

if its bad they'll pander to the tumblr fanbase and make him a cringy random "humor"-based non-character like from the Daniel Way comics

cant really tell much from the trailer since its easy to pander in a trailer, but i have high hopes (especially with more characters making appearances)

I'm pretty sure there's gonna be some of both in there.

I'm OK with a little bit of 'epic random humor' if it's just tossed in as fanservice but if that's how his entire character is written I'll be really disappointed.

i'm afraid they omitted one of the most important things that characterise Deadpool: the voices in his head and his perception and his awareness of being inside a comic/videogame/film.

would be kind of hard to do yellow voice bubbles in a movie
and they already have been doing self-awareness stuff for previews and promos, so i doubt it will be missing in the movie itself

About time Deadpool got his own film as he's easily one of my favorite Marvel characters...
