I just finished upgrading my computer and reinstalling windows 7 and what not
I went from getting 20-50 fps in fights with medium graphic settings to
getting 110-150fps in fights with max everything
sorry I don't mean to make a worthless post but oh my goooood the game looks so good. ;o; It's kinda like culture shock for me

Now hurry up and set yourself up with chris's maxframes for dx9 so you can get 300-400 fps... and then cap it somewhere around the hz rate of your monitor so you can feel like you're playing quake.

some kinda shitty xfx AMD mobo
6gb 1066 mhz ddr2 ram
ATI Radeon 4670 1gb HIS vid card
to:
Intel i5 2500k 3.4ghz quad core
MSI Z77A-G41 intel mobo
MSI Nvidia GTX 560 ti 448-core 1.2gb Twin Frozr III
8gb DDR3 Corsair 1600mhz ram

Yeah, I did the same thing a while ago. Played ~1 year with maxframes and rarely got above 30 frames, then built a new PC and played with maxquality. Best videogame related experience I have ever had.
