Custom HUD causing graphic bugs

Hey, I am working on a hud for quite a while now and it works good for everyone using it except one person.
According to him, when he runs the hud and joins a server there are flying shapes and flashing colors.
I messaged him and tried running tf2 with his cfg, but everything runs perfectly fine for me.

I can't think of anything that may cause these graphic bugs and never heard of anything like this before either.
So I thought maybe other hud creators ran into this before..

Did any of you ever have graphic problems with a specific hud only?
Does anyone know possible solutions for this?

I'd be glad if anyone could help me, because I have no ideas what to do about it.

It looks from your screenshots that you're using transparent viewmodels. Is he running dx8?

That looks like the fire overlay that you see on hats with dx8 on. Or is this just an sv_pure issue?

It is definitely transparent viewmodels, remove the TransparentMask entry from hudlayout.res if you're playing on dx8.

i play on DX9 why does it give me the same issue if its the transparent viewmodel thing ?

EDIT: ok i just tryed the hud again and the weird thing appeared for a split second and now everything is fine :/

EDIT NUMBER 2: so here is the thing, i ussualy play without viewmodels, but i had turned them on and the hud works fine, if i start the game without viewmodels on, in my CFG's i get the weird collory things, so it deffenatly has something to do with the transparent viewmodel thing, after i toggle viewmodels on and off the hud works perfectly

FINAL EDIT: Disableing transparent hud did indeed fix all issues for me
