Bots don't spawn on tr maps

I hope I'm not the only one facing this issue. It's been like that for me for week or so, I can't really tell.
Basically, bots do not spawn on tr maps, like walkway or rocket shooting. It's been fine for me for years.
Any suggestions? Anyone else having this problem?
