Hi, I'm Blaze (darkbringer) and I host pugs nearly every day now, and I figured its about time to post on tftv about it. I'd like to get more players of higher and varying quality, because ideally, we'd like to get two 6s games going at the same time. That's been a long term goal and is looking more achievable every day. Anyway, we are currently the largest pug group (i assume) and the quality of our pugs are high, and I hold the pugs to a high standard. We are very chill and accepting of players of all skill levels. I'm an admin of these pugs, and theyre awesome! unfortunately, the skill level can be kind of low, and whenever we get higher level players that want to take part, like goldfish, it can really screw with the dynamic we have. I'd love to see these pugs improve in player quality, and hopefully somedayuse more than one server at a time!

Admittedly, there has been some goofing around (constant offclassing) lately that drives people away but as the group grows it is bound to happen. I would recommend to not shy away yet because we are trying to enforce some light rules to fix that.

Have you guys fixed the copious amounts of spam you guys send out yet? Cause besides getting 10 notifications whenever you guys were pugging, they weren't half bad.

Yeah, it gets quite annoying. Personally, I'd prefer not to get updates every 5min saying that you still need people for pugs. Those notifications stay up, so if you're away, you'll see it when you get back. And if you do see the first one and can't play, usually you asking repeatedly won't change the decision.
Maybe ask, wait 15min, ask again, and if you don't get anyone wait a hour or call it off.

haha ok were thinking about different things. i usually do one message 15 times at once. youre thinking about updates on how many more people we need, and i never do those.

those are just as annoying, since then i have to close 15 windows instead of one, and for literally no reason
