Honestly I would rather see a rematch on a different map than disqualification but i'm not seeing the admins doing that unfornately so let's hope they get what they deserve.

They've known about the boost for 2 months and didn't report it.
Even worse, they tried to hide it from eveyone else too.
If that doesn't deserve a DQ, then I don't know what does.

Here's what the rules have to say about the punishment for pixel walking:
"The following actions are strictly prohibited during a game and will result in round loss (the
amount is determined by the tournament director) which will be deducted at the end of the match,
and a warning"

So if they do force a rematch, it'd be ignoring the rules. The way I'm reading this, LDLC should be given the win.

mustardoverlordI think a 2nd half replay is the best option
i'd honestly rather see this than an outright dq, but i'm more worried that nothing will happen.

This boost is even more illegal, theres no props/textures to mistake as ledge.

standing on top of any slope gets you dq'd

standing on a slope to get a height advantage is not illegal.
standing on top of a teammate to get a height advantage is not illegal. assuming the boost spot is legal, which it is.
if you think it's pixelboost because of the cherry picked screenshot of his feet not touching anything, that just shows your inexperience with the source engine games in general.

I was wrong. The SS I quoted was a bit deceiving. it looked more like a 40/50 degree slope, not 80. it looked possible to simply run up to the top of the slope from the ground. it's clear that they jumped on the invisible ledge where the slope meets the wall. my b

it's pixelwalking not pixelboost first off, and second off, the A boost is illegal, but this one is at least not blatantly illegal. should be looked at in hammer.
