Why not? I have cast plenty of Prem for both HL and 6v6 and know all the players. If I am available at the appropriate hours, is there some reason I couldn't be part of this?

Its hard, as we like to communicate and socialize with our staff. Sometimes we'd need you to be online at times that are unrealistic for you.

I guess the point is don't disqualify people in a broad, sweeping way until you're sure they can't meet your guidelines. What if I work primarily night time hours and am typically awake during Euro match times and daytime hours?

DataThere are a few requirements though:
- Deep Voice

You will need to summon the Son of the Morning himself.

You will need the following items for this

2 red candles
2 black candles
1 athame knife
1 altar
1 quart of goat's blood
1 picture of ~~lucifer~~Tony Swan

first you need to image Tony Swan in your mind. Take the athame and point at his picture.

chant : i invoke thee Tony Swan bright morning star you are to show me power and wisdom and help me gain my casting desires

Light the candles on the altar

chant: i invoke thee Tony Swan

chant: this is my divine purpose Tony Swan, to speak with thee ,to do my bidding Tony Swan with no strings attached.

chant: i ask for the powerful goddess Tyche to aid me in getting you Tony Swan too obey me

Drink 1 glass of goat's blood.

Leave the 2nd glass as offering to the great Tony Swan and the goddess Tyche

Make your wishes and demands when you hear the voice of Tony Swan. You will have your caster.

We are actually moving onto NA right after launching for EU. So don't get your hopes down

If you are American, and you're interested in joining eSource to cast the EU and/or NA leagues, feel free to send me a message on steam (first post).

The only things that you have to worry about for EU casting is:
- Casting early
- Bad ping
- Bad communication with EU staff (social)

And it's not like we're judging you if you're from America, we NEED casters. There's no denying that.
So please do apply if you're in any way interested.
