Just a friendly reminder gentlemen (and ladies) that registration is open for the tournament to help establish teams/rosters before the event. The actual client itself is not enabled or being used for the Saturday tournament, as some have mentioned even with registration on and through the CEVO site.

This is sorta a new way to help manage tournaments outside the typical "Challonge" brackets which are limited in features and will be part of your permanent player history on your profiles.

Since the Saturday event is limited currently to the first 16 open teams to signup and pay, it would be wise to secure your entries with such a large amount of players and teams already signed up to attend.

Any questions or concerns let me or Fragile know.

Hey, so I don't trust my computer to be stable at GXL Lan. I've been having various graphics issues lately, so I'm going to be getting a refund if at all possible. You can remove me from the paid and LFT list. Thanks.

I have a 60hz 23.5 inch dell you can use if something better doesn't come along.

dashnerjust starting to do some inventory on what we're going to have on-site in terms of production assets.

The production currently needs at least four more monitors and four more PCs (one of them needing to be able to run TF2 at decent quality at 60+FPS). If anyone has 60HZs they weren't planning to use at LAN or a spare PC they'd like to lend us for coverage, feel free to drop me a line.

I have one viewsonic 24inches widescreen 60hz for production just remember me near LAN time to put it in my car.

I emailed info@thegxl.com and asked for a refund and was asked to provide the email address I used with the paypal account I played with. I didn't get my refund yet though...

dashnerExtine and myself both have rooms at the Hampton but I'm fairly sure they're filled.

Try the Hilton Garden Inn, very close to the Hampton. Sucks that the TF2 players are going to be split into different places though.

Just booked with the Hilton. It's closer and cheaper*, not really sure why it isn't on the official list.

*Maybe not actually cheaper. Maybe the only rooms left at the Hampton were more expensive.
