144hz Monitor weird stuttering

For some reason I get really weird stuttering when I play in windowed mode since I connected my second screen(60hz). Fullscreen (sometimes) fixes it, and if I alt-tab a certain amount of times it goes away too, but generally it is really annoying.

Hoping any of you know some more about this than me, and don't say "google?" because of course I tried to find as many info and methods to fix it but nothing helped.

Actually I got an Nvidia card, but I think disabling the mumble overlay helped, thanks buddy.

edit; I guess I spoke too soon, it is still here..

Are you sure it's not just fps drops?
