So I just updated my server's for today's update and when attempting to relaunch them they do not start. The CMD launches and then goes away. No error message is presented, as I recorded the occurrence and paused it to make sure (Since the window disappears in about .5 seconds.)

This was an issue with the 1st update released today, Valve released a 2nd update a little while ago to fix this issue. Try updating your server again and then relaunching

Hmm, weird. I thought I ran the updater twice.
Well, re-ran it and all is good now. It didn't download it but verified it and then it worked.
