Broking is cool and shoots badguys for fun. Never seen him on demo but does big boy damage on soldier. Definitely High IM capable. Good luck!

His dm, comms and gamesense all seem to be at the same level. Solid all around for high IM as pocket anyways. I think he should keep to pocketing as he has the comms and mind to lead a team, and that his soldier is a lot better than his demo imo. I'd assume he'd pickup his demo game pretty fast though.
