Eh, I found a team.

I'll try to fix on some of the things said thanks for the criticism.

dedicated player who cares a lot about the game

will do well on a low open team looking to improve over the long haul

Disregarding all personal issues and discrepancies I may or may not have had with Geo in the past, I am going to tell of the things I have observed of Geo based on my first hand interactions with him.

Here is what I noticed about him in my 10 some months playing with him and talking to him regularly.

Geo cares way too much about what people think of him. In fact, he cares so much about what people think of him that he will willingly damage his reputation as a player so that people will like him. If you've ever had Geo ring, or played with him in a pug, it's extremely likely that you have seen him acting like an idiot, not taking the game seriously, and trying to get laughs out of everyone. And a lot of the time, he does get laughs out of everyone, because he can be extremely hilarious. The problem is that he cares more about getting laughs from people than he does about how they see him as a player. Geo craves acceptance more than he craves improvement at TF2. He'll talk for hours and days about how that's what he really wants to do, improve at TF2, but when you actually give him advice, and actually try to help him, it all goes out the window when he gets into a game with people that he wants to impress.

Geo can be a very nice, down to earth, and fun guy to be around outside of TF2, but the moment the UGC/CEVO/ESEA config execs he becomes a whole different person. Arrogant, cocky, snippy, quick to give a snarky justification for everything he did wrong. I was ringing medic for him and trying to give him advice like "hold here, do this, spam that" and was always answered with "WELL ACTUALLY I WAS GETTING AMMO" or "I HIT HIM FOR 70 THOUGH" etc.

Geo has a toxic attitude and is immature. Pick him up if you care more about fucking around in scrims than you do about improving.

Let me start this by saying that wherever george goes, a wake of burned bridges is sure to follow. His personality varies from the most immature player I've ever played with to a condescending nuisance that acts as if he's multiple divs above everyone in the vicinity.

At first, he acts like he genuinely wants you to tell him what he's doing wrong. He acts like a decent player would. He stays up late talking to you about how he really wants to improve. But eventually, his ego catches up to him, and he starts defending his actions and siding against you whenever he can. Whenever he goes near his friends, he will toss anything you have given him away in favor of his new friends. This eventually leads to him removing you in angst and cutting contact with that entire group of friends.

You may think that this isn't related to being on a team or in game, but it manifests in his near-bipolar twofaced personality that will surely cause him to be very short with you when you realize that he isn't actually practicing to improve, but to say that he's improving. Similarly, he likes to place himself in higher divisions than he really is, then condescendingly offers to play pocket for a mid-steel team that he really wasn't better than.

I can't recommend anyone putting george on their team for his attitude alone, but his scout DM is around high-Steel and his soldier DM isn't much better. His gamesense isn't anything impressive but also doesn't hinder him a ton.

Really it's his attitude I'd avoid like spent nuclear fuel cores. Good luck to the team that tries to keep him aboard, he can be pretty funny sometimes.

I have him tagged as "don't scrim this asshole" for what it's worth

Have not really played with him to judge, he is OK but potentially has the most bipolar attitude.

He'll be your hilarious best friend that shares a cute avatar with you for a week
After that he kinda just forgets you even exist and prioritizes his new friends he just met over you and does the same thing to them.

Pick him up if you want to mess around and still get upset about losing.

You'd think it's excessive, but you should consider he bought a friend of mine a 5 bud unusual to prove his dedication to improving, then immediately proceeded to remove everyone who even socialized with that friend when he found more weebs to hang out with.
