If you go in settings, multiplayer, and you open up the drop down for crosshairs, you'll find default, and there's your crosshair.

afaik youre going to need to make a new cfg file
eg: crosshair.cfg
inside it write: cl_crosshair_file ""

then in your spy cfg put: exec crosshair.cfg

if you just put the command it wont work.

You can either use wonderland's recommendation or just use a hud xhair that looks like that. I'm sure there is one that looks like it.
