I've set up a scrim server for my team and after I uploaded cp_sunshine_rc1a, the server won't let me change it to the said map. I removed and re-uploaded the map and that didn't fix it either:
When trying to rcon changelevel:
CModelLoader::Map_IsValid: No such map 'maps/cp_sunshine_rc1a.bsp'
changelevel failed: cp_sunshine_rc1a not found
The map appears to be up on Clanforge:

Ah, alright.
I would suggest contacting multiplay's support then and ask if they can add the map to the server themselves. Hopefully they will add the map manually via ftp for you, or give you access to it.
