Recently added mat_phong 0 to my config and I haven't noticed a difference in graphics.

Using DX9frames, but I don't think that'd make a difference.

Any help would be appreciated.

That's what mat_phong 0 looks like, it gets rid of the rim highlights around the edges of things.

Mat_phong 0 replaces the shine of dx9.

Also gold weapons are completely gold.
