cant comment on youtube vids

whenever i try and comment on stuff, it just opens a google+ tab and then closes, without letting me comment. any help?

try logging in and out and clearing your cookies if that doesn't work. you have a google+ account right?

I think youtube doesn't allow you to comment if it detects that you have a conscience or some sort of rational thought
