Wiggles is really good at scout and a really good person. He takes his role seriously and acts as a really great friend if you ever need him to. Definitely not a rager, knows how to hit the meat.
The only reason to not pick him up for an IM team would be if he does not fit your playstyle. His aim, comms, and attitude are all there.

He's a really nice guy, and a pretty good scout from what I remember. Teams looking should get at him.
