It's tough to predict these sorts of things, however, as of this moment in time I think all signs point to DRS returning with a slightly new look.

Pass me the torch rainy, time to make my re-re-re-debut as Heavy. As for the Plat teams disbanding I can lend some insight for some of them.

bpm (Roster issues second half of season, most likely calling it quits)
DRS (Losing important position players but will attempt to rebuild)
bfl (Losing Satan and noko were devastating, if they were to lose Squid, Enryu or napalm they're done for officially - they haven't made any confirmations of being dead)
tlb (Key players had a lack of determination to show up for scrims consistently)
ganks (Players are just generally interested in playing elsewhere despite being good friends)
DMS (The Silver players they picked up weren't ready for a division jump - Lennon All-Star Soldier)

AG, or at least Argo, told me that the team is 99.9% sure there will be a return, I'd be surprised if mTs and/or 20b decides to split on. Max and Overseer have hinted throughout the season that this is Ginyu's last season. Maybe with a cash prize it'll keep Ginyu motivated/determined.

The core of ginyu left to 20b (I'm looking at Huey, duwatna and 1 more if I'm not wrong) and Frank West quit spying etc. so I have a feeling ginyu isn't the superteam they were :-P

Ginyu was arguably stronger this season than last, they just couldn't keep their roster in playoffs.
