I mainly track, but when it comes to a situation where its needed I'll flick say they change movement randomly or such. If someone jumps me I track with my rocket launcher then flick depending on their speed and shit. Mixing both can be pretty good its all preference though tbh. Practice practice practice and it'll just sync in and you become good.
