I suppose I'll bite the bullet and post one of these threads.
I consider myself relatively chill/easy to get along with, and am looking for a team (either UGC or ESEA) that's about the same. I do have kind of a twisted sense of humor and want a team that can appreciate that. I also get bitchy when I feel that I'm being treated unfairly, but mostly I forgive and forget quickly.
I'm leading a UGC 6s steel team this season - Tipsy Sixes. Since starting the season, I decided to take it seriously and have been mixing a lot to learn and improve.
I'm a bit connected. I'll be able to provide servers/ringers to any team that I join, although usually I need about a 20 minute heads up that we need ringers.
I can pay the fees, of course.
There are problems with my play - I do not delude myself that I'm amazing. However, I'm mostly aware of them and working actively to improve them, including working with people as mentors.
I'm an adult - 24. I'm looking for a relatively mature team. On the other hand, maturity is more than just age, and it certainly doesn't mean I don't want to goof around.
I'm dedicated. I can play most nights, and will provide 48 hours to a week's worth of warning when I can't play.

Strongsuit is probably my favorite medic to pocket for. She's pretty smart and doesn't get herself killed stupidly, times ubers well, and gives good feedback on what might be behind . If you ask how you could do better she'll give good feedback and is very open to criticism of her own play.
She's fun to hang out in mumble with and is really dedicated to improving and having fun.

Really though, she is an amazing person with such a positive/fun attitude and I love every minute I spend with her in mumble, for that reason alone I would pick her up but add her dedication to your team and her willingness to become a better player you can't go amiss.

She is literally the best regular mix medic I've seen, bar none, and I go out of my way to play on her team (which is kinda frustratingly hard to do, because I usually play med). Her game sense is impeccable, her positioning excellent, and her surfs make me more than a little bit envious. If a team she's on loses, it is seldom her fault in my experience. Her comms are clear and solid, and she seems very comfortable with making calls. In and out of game, she is an absolute doll and one of the most pleasant people I've spoken with in the whole of the TF2 community, with a friendly disposition and an endearing personality.

Has a pretty bad 'tude, condescending when she thinks she has room to be (thinks she's better than you, etc), tries to micromanage beyond anything that could be functional/reasonable in addition to having questionable calls.

I'm sorry for what I apparently did to you, noobies. I barely remember the time(s) I've played with you, I just wish you'd said something then. I really am working hard to improve at ALL aspects of the game, and am open to constructive criticism, even about my personality, but especially about my comms.
