Loved the old font, but I think there was a reason for switching, something to do with uppercase and lower case letters? I'm not sure.

I believe he wanted a font that supported lowercase letters and I want to think that he was having trouble finding a free alternative to a either the previous font or to a font he had chosen that he would've had to buy.

I noticed this when choosing the fonts and I initially thought it would be some sort of bug with tf2 or windows, but apparently this is the way that the numbers look.

Added! You can find it in the /custom/chat folder. Remove the " - ALLCAPS" part before moving it into your resource folder.

You may have to use a font with a foot on the 1. It seems to be difficult to get the kerning right without one.

Did some editing in FontForge to improve the kerning.

This is the best I could do, the program kept crashing when saving and doing other weird things :/

EDIT: Also added new SpecHUD stuff, left side scoreboard and a MainMenu replacement with ALL CAPS buttons.

I still can't reproduce the font glitch myself, but I got some others to replicate it. I'll see if I can fix it tomorrow.

I pushed another update, with a different font for the "Medium" weight. This should fix the text cut-offs and weight glitches.

This has become really awkward for me to fix, since some fonts ended up really buggy on my PC. Please let me know if something is still not working!

Also fixed the dueling stat panel on the default scoreboard and clipping MvM countdown.

I will include pre-customized versions in the future, you can check out two already in the "Personal Edits" folder. These are reserved for friends atm.

Yeah, I'm still looking if I can get a version where everything displays correctly in all resolutions, but at least it's legible for all resolutions now. (I did have a version, it displayed correctly for me, at all resolutions, but the windows font manager is really buggy for me atm.)

I fixed the dueling display on the scoreboard and tweaked the StopWatch panels (now only shows when cap is set, using the fantastic block font from OMP's/broesel's hud, not sure where it's actually from)

i really love this hud and the possibilities of customization have improved a lot since the first release :D

1 question though:

How do i change the font used in the main menu?
Also a bit earlier everything was in caps, i liked that actually a lot...any possibilty to revert the hud (partially) to that CAPSLOCK state?

also: the low-ammo/health animation stays sometimes after dying with low-health/ammo..well not the animation (pulsation) itself but the (red) colour. is there any way to fix that?

hud_reloadscheme should fix the red health/ammo bug temporarily but I think it's just a bug you have to live with.

Regarding the old font, he said: "I won't be able to update a version with the old font. Creating the new version was more than just changing the font sadly in the clientscheme. A lot of elements needed adjusting and tweaking to not be off-center or have glitchy text."

Only way would be to use the old version of the hud.

There's an alt file for the Main Menu (in /custom options/) and I'm currently working on the in-game menus. The animations being stuck is a TF2 bug sadly, this happens with every hud.

Hi whayay. I've recently started using your hud and I really love it. I'm using the Central version now and I'd like to ask you few questions about customization. I've tried to do some of those things myself, but I usually messed it up more than did it as I wanted. I am using 1366*768 and that probably messes up everything.

1)Damage transfer - I'd like to shift the Last Damage Indicator. I'd like it above the HP as I'm quite used to it.

EDIT: I figured it out. But now I'd like to ask how to make the damage numbers alinged to middle so they will show at the same place either it would be -3 or -3000. Now they are alinged to the right so -3 is showing a little bit to right, -30 in the middle, -100 in the left etc.

2)Added HP transfer (when you pick up a healthpack) - This is technically the same as the former question. I'd like it above the HP as well maybe even more above so it wouldn't overlap with Last Damage.

EDIT: Figured it out.

3)Winpanel transfer - If I'm not wrong the Winpanel in Center version shows up near above the middle. I'd like it at the bottom of the screen in the middle as it's usual.

4)Circle crosshair - When I tried to use your circle crosshairs, I found the first one too big and the second one too small (yeah I'm picky, sorry about that). I'll try to change the values (tall, wide) soon, but last time I did this was with my last HUD and it only messed up the location and did not chang the size in any way.

5)Killfeed icons trasparency - I'd like to have full transparency of the killfeed weapon icons. I just couldn't find the right file.

EDIT: Done. No need to answer this.

6)Killfeed rounded borders - This one isn't really important. Just in case it wouldn't be really difficult.

Thanks for any help, and please excuse me if any of these questions were already answered. I just don't quite orientate in your HUD as I'm brand new to it.

I love the health line option on the box versions! I just wish it was also visible, maybe as white, at base/normal health. Anyway that could be implemented? Or is there a way I could edit that myself?
