i tested my stream just know and i right when i start streaming i get 400+ ping at random. anyone know how to fix this?

too high bitrate

if youre using tcp relay then its the same thing i get, therefore i dont use it

you need premium xsplit but
tools>General Settings>Channels>double click your twitch name> video settings, lower the bitrate theere

Your internet might just also not be good enough to stream anything worthwhile, like ggglygy. You need about 2-3Mbps upload I've heard, to have a nice looking stream without lag and without high ping.
