Hello i been sauna very often lately but all old men look at me like im freak . im thinking its cause they have very long balls (due to old ?) . i have been brainstorming excercises to fix this problem with my body. I have considered squats with no weeight abov but maybe 2 kg dumb bell attached to my ball sack to stretch it out ? Any tip appreciated.

one at a time but make sure u set a timer and switch off or else they will get Lopped Sided (the old men will not respect asymmetrical balls)
