tf2center is a good place to learn the very basics of competitive, like getting comfortable calling positioning and damage numbers, as well as heal order/rollouts/etc

center is good to vibe learn the basics of comp, but when you start wanting to take stuff more seriously you'll have a much better time joining a proper team

tf2c will be good at start as it will teach you as said the basics of comp and overall helps you with dm sorta, but the problem is that there are lots of trolling gremlins and people dont take it seriously. its all your choice rlly. gl hf nonetheless

EU tf2center is only good for getting you familiar with the format, no one comms and when they do its likely bc they want to yell at someone. If you want to delve deeper I'd advise looking at pug groups and making a recruitment post on ETF2L.
