is anyone else having really obnoxious stuttering in games and even just basic browsing since the new windows update?
i have as well. i thought it was a graphics driver issue but i guess not, although for whatever reason its stop happening for me, but it was really bad a week or so ago when i updated

This happened to me for entirety of last week and I believe I fixed it by changing my shadowplay recordings file path to my hard drive instead of my SSD, where windows was installed. It may have fixed itself as well and I probably didn't notice if that were the case.
