I recently had some issues with tf2, my projectile have too mutch latencies and I crash randomly each 2 minutes. (game close)
When I'm on lan server everything is ok

This is the speed test I did and the connection is good :

I fully updated my AMD processor and did all the windows updates.
I already have deleted and download back the game.

Can you help me ?
Ask if you want more screen.

check your ethernet/wifi adapter? No reason for something connection based to cause a game crash unless its shorting or throwing some type of error when used. Does your cpu fan/temps ramp up when doing something w/ constant updates or other games?

use net_graph 4 and take a screenshot of what it usually looks like when you're lagging, that might give some clues

For tf2 crashing:
Try disabling steam cloud, removing 'cfg' and 'custom' folders from your 'Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\' folder and adding '-autoconfig' to your tf2 launch options (steam discussion).
Try to close everything you can before starting tf2. Did you update your graphic drivers? Maybe try running some driver updater. Did you have any problems with any other game? Do you have a notebook or pc? Check if your device is not overheating while playing tf2 or any other game (you can use HWmonitor for checking temperatures). Check if the tf2 disk doesn't have errors (like this on windows 10).

For tf2 lagging:
Try running 'pingplotter' to see if you have any packet loss while playing tf2.
