How do I learn the old meta, before the medic-scout speed buff, from a medic's perspective? Are old yt videos still viable?
I'm still a fairly new player to the current meta, and I've only learnt 6's from playing pugs so I kinda need to find some wise, 2011-style players to help me out here.
Hopefully this season will sort out my positioning and awareness once and for all lol.

How do I learn the old meta, before the medic-scout speed buff, from a medic's perspective? Are old yt videos still viable?

The speed change was July 2016, so you're looking for anything from ESEA S22/ETF2L S24 and prior.
For reference, the 2nd to last LAN to happen before the change was i55, so maybe an old archive of those demos might be able to help you.

I downloaded the zip file but all the demos were unusable, as it just gives the tick of 0/0 (WTF !!!)

I also lied and forgot Dreamhack 2016 happened a month before the change as well, woops. Hopefully some of these work instead.
