lerp stuck on 15.2 after new update

after the new tf2 update released all my lerp configs suddently stopped working and my lerp is stuck on the default 15.2

exec 0lerp.cfg
cl_cmdrate 25000
cl_interp 0
cl_interp_ratio 0
cl_lagcompensation 1
cl_pred_optimize 2
cl_smooth 0
cl_smoothtime 0
cl_updaterate 25000
rate 90000

every time i try to apply it in spectator mode it doesnt change value

Fixed an issue where values computed from server bounded ConVars could be incorrect on the client and therefore possibly exploitable
this is the only thing in the update notes that could point to anything but i have no clue about the implications
