less than 4 minutes. not a big console player myself, but these reveals can be neat c:

Xbox One

- Cloud storage

- Turning on the system can be done via voice activation. It will recognize your voice and automatically log you in. Remembers what you last did, will go to where you want to on the home screen with voice activation, etc. You can tell it to "watch TV" and you will then be watching TV.

- "Instant switching". You can tell the Xbox to change between television, the internet, movies, music, games and so on near instantly via voice commands.

- You can "grab and stretch/shrink" the screen with your hands to get back to your home screen. "Grab" again to go back. "Snap mode" allows two different aspects of the Xbox at the same time.

- Skyping on Xbox. Group video calls. Like being able to watch a movie and browse the internet at the same time, you can Skype and watch a movie or whatever combination with the "snap mode".

- Various voice activated commands for sports on live TV.

- Xbox One guide. Modern TV guide basically with you being a vocal remote control. "Favorites" for favorites, "Trending" for what shows are trending.

- 5 billion transistors, 8GB ram, USB 3.0, Blueray, 802.11in Wireless w/ Wifi Direct, Native 64b Architecture, 500GB HDD, 8 core CPU, HDMI In/Out.

- Xbox Live shows how you play instead of just what you play and so on. Richer matchmaking. Bigger matches with more layers; bigger worlds.

- EA Sports talks. "Ignite" engine revealed (sports). 10x more animation depth and detail. "True player motion".

Ignite CGI (more than likely) - http://i.imgur.com/cGoCKQ7.jpg (sorry for sorta bad quality).

- Turn 10 reveals Forza 5. Available at launch, more to come @ E3.

- Quantum Break revealed (game or a show? Didn't listen, but seems more like a game than a show with animation).

- Some lady talking more about how innovative Xbox One/Live is with television. Nothing important tbh.

- Halo talk with someone from 343. Halo live action TV show announced. Steven Spielberg will be a part of the show.

- TIL Football is the most popular sport in the USA.

- Call of Duty closes reveal. "New" CoD engine announced (not sure if actually new or revamped as usual).

Lol'd at the fact that the combined brainpower of everyone at Microsoft who is working on this could only come up with the name 'Xbox One'...wow truly gamechanging and inspiring! notsrs

The console looks boring and uninspired too in terms of shape/design...controller looks nifty though, wish there were more pics of it closeup.

owned tornados
also it's been like that for a long time tagg, they want to override the sony audience of people who buy the PS3 to play movies and whatnot.

this developer OS sounds like something that could be exploited and turned into some really cool modded system. are there no longer dev consoles?

The PS4 is going to have all of this stuff too I'm sure. It's the future of consoles. I don't see the problem with adding all these features. When your life fills up with all kinds of overhead you never dreamed of having to deal with, you'll love simplicity integration and anything else that can save you time.

I can also tell you professionally that "cloud" is the future of everything, storage, TV PVR/DVR services, applications you once used to copy easily.. The list goes on. No one wants to have to pay to store stuff at home when they no longer have too.

It's tough to show violent games to such a large general audience. They need to keep it simple right now.
