Ohh admins can 100% play in the div or league that they are watching over. It just requires a much greater effort for transparency, and if needed total recusal of decision making if you are potentially impacted like you said. So far RGL and its admins have just been totally dogshit when it comes to both of these things. ESEA's rule was just that no admin could be playing invite if they were on staff to prevent any possible issues. RGL could probably use rules like this because they have almost zero community trust at this point when it comes to admin shit.

Never said boxcar isn't childish and in your team's case she obviously wanted to correct what she thought was some injustice (obviously she was biased and isn't a main admin so she shouldn't have had that convo with Patrick), but accusing her of making the division restructure SPECIFICALLY to screw you over was pretty childish too, especially when your own conversation with patrick shows him saying "boxcar didn't know you had approval from Makka, carry on." Now show me the screenshot of the discord conversation where boxcar says "can't believe they're still trying to get playmo in main, lets do a division restructure lol" and I will write a "boxcar bad, upfrag me" post.

I do find it rather amusing you just seem to ignore the fact boxcar was involved directly in a decision to restructure the division she plays in. Specifically removing the "better" teams in said division, and presumably in the decisions as to which teams that would be. Sounds like a pretty fucking massive conflict of interest huh? Add on to that the fact we were still playing close games and losing to teams that are still in main, I feel pretty confidant in saying there was some fucking bias in the decision. So how about you show me the screenshot of why we were placed in div-2 when everything I look at says we were right at home in main?

mustardoverlordalfaOk why can't we just make polls for massive changes and see if the community agrees to it? That way you could at least gauge if it's a decent idea (ex: if it gets over 40% votes clearly it has potential and should be considered since almost half the community is interested)
