I just figured I should let windows 7 and 8 users who dont want to upgrade on how to stop the upgrade from happening as well as get rid of the nag. Get a program called GWX control pannel For those concerned with the sketchy ass website cheek out never 10, I dont think his program has the ability to remove gwx all the way though.

Well yeah, win 10 may be shit to people that are terrible at learning new stuff and bad at fixing their shit on their own. Yeah the automatic update sucks and it shouldnt really be a thing, but try and figure out problems yourself, just saying :^)
