I'm proud to present the fourth TFTV Melee Netplay Tourney. It's been a while since the third one, and I'm itching to start again.

The tourney starts [b]Saturday, March 12th at 3pm EST[/b]. Signups are cutoff at [b]Friday, March 11th at 12am EST[/b].

Rules:

[*] We use a slightly edited version of the Smashboards ruleset, which you can see here:

Since pause is automatically left on by the Netplay settings, we can't turn it off; accidentally pausing mid-game still forfeits your stock.
Because we can't do RPS online, lower seed strikes first.
[*] Use Dolphin 7840
[*] Double elim
[*] BO3 throughout, BO5 semi/finals (winner gets 1BO5 advantage in GFs)
[*] Forfeit rule: 10+ minutes late to your game is an automatic FFL (with exceptions due to extenuating circumstances, discuss with me [b]beforehand[/b])
[*] In a case of unplayable lag, or inability to connect, players can agree to play on a different Dolphin version. If the issues are not resolved, a TO will be called to determine if a forfeit is warranted. The lagging player also has the right to forfeit the match.
