I got my wisdom teeth pulled last spring, luckily I didn't have any issues with dry socket. I also had a precancerous mole removed from my back, where they actually had to cut it out and not shave it. It was supposed to take a few weeks to heal, it took over 2 months. It has now been 4 months since, and I still have a bruise from the giant band aids I had covering it.

Impacted wisdom tooth, lower right, was removed without knocking me out because the dentists didn't think I needed to be knocked out and I wasn't gonna have a bad time. I had a terrible time and so did they. I'm going to have an even worse time for the other 3 if these people do not knock me out for the next time I have to deal with it (unless peridontal surgery is going on that list since my neglect for dental/gum health is biting me in my dumb ass). Also had tooth extraction when I was 16 when my jaw wasn't adjusting to my braces as well as intended, had to have 2-4 teeth (can't remember exact number, don't want to remember) removed to remedy the overbite.

There was also a fairly painful biopsy done on these leg carbuncles I had when I was 14 to figure out if it was related to the tuberculosis I had at the time, but I'm not sure if that was actually a surgical or needle biopsy since I've blocked that out.

There's also my parents every now and then suggesting I should get rhinoplasty for purely cosmetic reasons (no, I still can't figure out why they think that's cool to tell their kid that either), but if I'm ever going to get a nose job it's probably a deviated septum operation for less nasal vocals.

I had my eyelid stitched together after it got cut in an unfortunate window sill incident. I don't know what it is with my eyes but I've had to get stuff fixed around them like 4 times, mostly when I get hit in the face with sharp objects. Next im probably going to have to get a tooth implant because I just don't have a tooth. and apparently they don't put you under completely, gonna be fun being awake and hearing them drilling into my jaw.

had an abscessed tooth was in excruciating pain for about 2 weeks before I could have a root canal; had to be on antibiotics 1st. By the time I had my root canal I had no nerve endings left in my tooth, so my root canal wasn't bad at all after the local anesthesia wore off I felt perfectly fine.

I wasn't put under for my wisdom teeth and I guess thats kind of rare? They just gave me locals in my gums and reached in and slowly worked them out. I remember the whole thing. The dentist's arms would start shaking back and forth because he was pulling so hard lol. So weird to be awake and able to feel everything they were doing, just not be in any pain.

I once tried to punch the earth after falling off a ladder.

Needless to say, the earth won. I broke the ball of the elbow joint and had to have two surgeries on it, one to put the joint back together, another to get the screws out because they were too long and were preventing me from getting full extension of the joint.

Lung lobectomy to remove the portion infected by pneumonia which I contracted in 2005.

Had to try not to sneeze for half a year and couldn't get off my bed just by sitting up and walking off but instead had to roll over on my front and crawl up.

-surgery on both my ears so they could put implants in my head (I'm deaf)
-wisdom teeth (two impacted), couldn't open my mouth all the way for a week (actually worse than it looks)
-had stitches on my forehead when I was little when I fell off a chair or something
-I also had two teeth pulled with no anesthesia, would not recommend

What in the actual fuck? I'm guessing most people just browsed past your comment not realising what an orchiectomy is. And you had a DIY operation? WHAT.

I feel terrible for you.

Oh fuck I just realized what this was... You've gotta have some serious balls to remove your own balls.

Just had part of my miniscus removed due to a pretty bad tear when I was 10

That and countless stitches for all sorts of things

Pretty good considering some of the stuff I've seen on here

I'm a bit surprised how many ball surgeries we've had here in just two pages

Anyway I had stitches on my face when I was two

I also had four wisdom teeth and four bicuspids out at the same time, what a thrill. Valium through an IV is lovely and makes the walls and windows melt.

I also had a ball taken out due to testicular cancer. I'm not sure if that's better or worse than testicular torsion, but I'm okay now either way.

Don't know if it counts, but when I was 5, I was watching TV by myself on top of a couch for whatever reason, fell back and somehow horizontally ripped my ear in half. Had to get a ton of stitches and still have a scar from the poor stitch job.

One time a bike handlebar shot into my mouth at teeth-removing speeds and scooped out one of my primary front teeth.

Had to get stitches IN MY GUMS. Never got the tooth back. They did some wizardry a year or two ago to make one of my other teeth look like the primary tooth. Can't even tell unless you're really looking.

Had open-heart surgery when i was 4, I had something called Giant Right Atrium which was a new condition at the time, I was like the second person ever to have an operation where they had to cut a maze pattern on my heart to reconstruct it correctly. Its weird because other than a scar on my chest ive never felt anything bad after the op.

Other than that i had to have a cut on my leg stitched up after a rugby game.

had couple of surgeries on my thumb and pinky back when I was biting fingers too much, watching your finger with no fingernail on it when ure 10-11 is kinda disturbing
another one was when I had furuncle just above my lips, got a 1-2 cm scar from removing it right there

still thinking it was just a pimple and I've had a surgery because my mom was overprotective and shit but that's another story for another time

Wasnt watching where I was going in the morning and stuck my foot into a glass vase that a friend that was over at the time left in the middle of the floor (In hindsight Im glad it was me and not him because he has Hemophilia and it would have been way more serious), had to goto the ER and get 11 stitches on my right foot, halfway through the healing process we went to a doctor who said he could restore full function to my last 3 toes, but since it was already halfway healed I said fuck that and just went with having those toes numb the rest of my life.

Split open nearly my entire bottom lip because of a scooter accident. (lol) A few of my teeth were knocked out, and one cut open and lodged itself into my lip. They had to dig the sucker out and then stitch it up. 24 stitches in my lip was not fun.

I've got a sick scar on my dick from some thing I had done when I was like 6. Don't remember what it was for or what was involved besides a lot of pain. (Might have been what alec had I remember the doctor talking about a balloon)
