How about a jump server for demoman maps?

Throwing my opinion on an Ultiduo 4man server. Most everything else is done to death.

Would be nice if someone could make a map that had several Utiliduo maps inside of it. Making a server that can only have 4 people is kind of a waste.

Competitive iT (or some other name that fits the description):

This Server would be 24 slot. It would run maps from competitive leagues in the rotation (UGC and/or ESEA), with the settings from that league as well (no crits/weapon spread and item bans). Classes would be reduced similar to that in ESEA 6v6, but modified for 12v12. Any class allowed 2 of in 6s (Soldier, Scout, Pyro, Sniper, Spy) would be limited to 3 per team, and any class that is allowed 1 in 6s (Medic, Engineer, Demoman, Heavy) would be limited to 2. Players could vote for maps, based on a list taken from a specified league (or both). Would NOT run any competitive config though (teams would NOT have to Ready up).

Highlander iT:

18 Man server, 9v9. Highlander settings with UGC Highlander weapon list + map list, as well as similar settings (no crits/weapon spread). No highlander config.

A 20 slot ultiduo server with several arenas like in Mge would be amazing. Maybe there could be a few ultitrio rooms as well

Keep in mind ultiduo requires you to be capturing the point. That may not be possible in tf2. Even though MGE can do it, only one arena (bball) requires any objective.

Steel already allows for two points to be contested at the same time, along with 5cp. I think someone could figure it out potentially, although I'm not sure how the 5 sets of timers would work.

Finally we can be free of those maps.

Because they offer unique/interesting things. The jump servers are the best around, the surf server is the best skill surf server I know of (do other surf/jump servers even have timers??), there aren't many bball servers, and MGE iT > reddit MGE because it doesn't have pyros.

I don't see what a DM iT would offer that we don't already have.

DM iT would pretty much just offer the iT brand. And also IRC chat, but that's not important (although nice).

There are already 3 big DM servers that are often empty. What we need is a West Coast MGE because since westtoo was taken down all we have is TopNotch and it gets very bad choke due to the lack of restarts

Just a heads up MGE iT West is going to be the 2nd server - I will hopefully be getting these up in the next day or so. For all the requests for DM iT - Lord knows I can't stop myself from putting up more servers so there is always a chance you will see this in the future. For right now though there seems to be the most demand for a west coast mge server, so that is what I'm going to go with.

That and of course the baby surf server =)
