I think that could be a good idea, I recently got back into lifting everyday and am always in the mood to talk to others who are doing similar things.

You may not think you are in peak physical condition but dude - you rock. Great chest, back, shoulders, traps and the fact that you abs responded like that just after one workout. You suck! djones isn't wrong. watching how much you eat is part of dieting and thats half the game. i mean im assuming most people know generally whats healthy to eat and not, so its just a matter of controlling how much you eat it.
