it's actually pretty fun

similar to l4d2 but with vamp / goth themes, third person

party system still has some ironing out to do so expect that to be an annoyance until it's patched

Forgot how to read, my bad!

spoilers
the movement feels like it's designed for consoles
vampires win low level games because they're easier to play
humans win every high level balanced match

The movement could definitely use some work, as of now the movement makes the game feel super casual. About who 'wins' though,m you switch sides, so if one side is stronger it doesn't really matter, sort of like attack/defend in TF2, right?

the movement is fine

all my experience so far (level 10) has been that hunters are much better off, though you can still be better as vamps if the enemies are really dumb.

90% of my games have been with friends in mumble so that probably is why

also i want more people to play with

tyrant used to be okay, the recent patches have made him useless though. deceiver is pretty gimmicky, they may have made it a bit better recently though, not sure. there's practically only one sentinel that is even remotely scary to play against and that's the streamer Raziel and even then as soon as you swoop in to pick somebody up, you don't have many options as to where you can go... it's almost always up in order to apply damage, which would get you killed instantly against good players. all the human classes are fairly even, even alchemist (although he would be ranked lowest)

Tyrant is decent at best. I didn't play this pre-the patches you speak of, so I can't compare. Against bad/unaware players, it's typically pretty easy, to be expected. Against better, or even decent players, I find it best to jump in, possibly quake and just leave. It is in no way smart to use the vanilla charge and lead fights against decent players. You're better off with the hit and run or just letting your reavers do their thing and come in after for a couple seconds, if it doesn't allow for me. It's more or less, right now, just a class I want to play because the abilities are fun. I am in no way convinced the class has any long term standing.

Deceiver is pointless, unless no one knows what they're doing. I have yet to run into a good deceiver.

In terms of the human side, Scout is stupidly easy so long as your team isn't terrible. Prophet is probably the all around best, in my opinion. I can't get into the Hunter, and the Alchemist is pretty boring aside from getting airshots that seem a lot more satisfying in this game.

leap is actually a bit worse than charge with the new patch (against people who can land shots) because of how incredibly interruptable it is. and like you said, charging into a group of even mediocre players is a death sentence, so against good players there's no chance. sucks that he's bottom tier because he was my favorite to play as well.

edit: I take that back because while it's bad, it's still not worse than charge. poor tyrant

edit2: nevermind, taking the last edit back because at least with charge you can activate it and sprint around the corner minimizing sight lines

GeknaiirIf anyone wants a nosgoth key and doesn't play in esea or something pm me.

Just got three keys to give-away by e-mail, as did many others I imagine. Hit me up if you want them to use and happen to not have an ESEA account or something: Steam Profile.
