Does anyone actually know where the meter positioning is for the Shields? I tried to use HUDDemomanCharge inside the hudlayout.res, but it doesn't do anything at all.

I really can NOT get over the fact that its in the bottom right corner.

And is there any special trick to how to get the buttons on the bottom to work? Because I checked them with like 2 different custom HUDs and most of the definitons were the same, though they still don't want to work.

Knuckles_genericOne of the earlier versions of yahud had a small team colored spot in the corner and that was so stupidly convenient when I wasn't sure which team i was on
If I knew how to do this I'd put it in every HUD I use.

I'm working with the health numbers for players in SpectatorGUIHealth.res, and this guide has been an excellent resource so far, for anyone else.

My end goal is to have them be bigger and readable. So far I've made the one above the player's head larger, but it also seems to make the one on the main target ID larger as well. I'm fine with them being the same size, but when I move them around using xpos/ypos/width/tall in "PlayerStatusHealthValue" and "PlayerStatusHealthValueBackground" to make the one on the head readable, the one on the main target ID gets fucky like so:

Is there a way to fix this? Can I make the TargetID box bigger to somehow move the green 300 over but not affect the jumping soldier's 200 at all?

edit: It also screws with the ones in spectate but the same principle applies, the numbers get cut off on the right and when i try to move them over to the left then the box cuts them off

edit2: Edited the values for "wide" and "tall" under "SpectatorGUIHealth" in the TargetID.res file seems to have fixed it, now slightly covering the ammo icon.

Got a-few questions so please bear with me

1. How would I go about changing the Killstreak from https://i.imgur.com/XqOSWPu.jpg into https://i.imgur.com/sqrrHOU.jpg

The 2nd screenshot is in cl_hud_minmode 1 if that's any use for a simple copy/paste

2. How would I edit the 3d player model (not the console command, it doesn't show when that's set to 1) into the hud.

3. Positioning/rotating of said model once I've got it in the hud

Any help would be appreciated

Strange. It does for me. Make sure you have "ControlName" "ContinuousProgressBar" and "fieldName" "ChargeMeter". Probably don't have to remind visible, enabled, wide and tall. Other than that, I dunno.[/quote]

That did the trick. The names were off. Right now, when I try and set it to how I desire it to be, it goes way off the screen. The vgui_drawtree shows that the box/panel for huddemomanpipes.res is too small, and it'll get cut off even if I move it an inch up. How do I enlargen it?[/quote]
